P0251 and P1211 are unfortunately just indicators of a problem, usually in the fuelling system. The injectors don't lose codes. Your car is an early model and had a two box system for controlling the engine (ecu) and the injectors (icu) and most diagnostic systems including Fords own IDS cannot read the codes.
New member currently have 2009 transit Mk7 owned from new, 2016 transit connect 1.5, transit Mk8 2018 for our electrical contracting business. Got the RAC out today who confirmed the battery is good and the alternator is charging. However, the thin, purple, smart charge wire has broken at the connector on the alternator.
